Hi,
I am building an engine during the winter. I am in the process of researching my choice of camshaft.
Does anyone know when it starts to get tricky with piston to valve clearance? I have the following specs for the build so far:
2103 block bored out to 79mm and removed and 2mm from block deck
79mm Black top pistons (the piston to deck clearance is 0,2mm)
Ported head with tulip valves (standard diameter)
Does anyone have experience with how much valve lift the engine can work with before the it gets risky?
